Everyone seems to have a field day being anti-Islam nowadays including Malays. I did not use the term ‘Muslim’ on purpose.
The Star is one of the culprits (again) for shining the spotlight on these issues over and over again.
Sira Habibu is one of the culprits in The Star
Without even making an attempt to understand the reason behind the issue. Yes, Muslim male have aurat to cover, and that is between the navel and the knee.
You may think it sounds silly until you find a Anwar Ibrahim-like person rubbing your thighs and crotch. Not all macho guys are attracted to girls if you noticed.
Separation of facilities also made headlines
The issue of the Muslim-only laundry in Muar was also highlighted until His Majesty The Sultan of Johor had to step in and decreed that the owner take down the seemingly-offensive sign.
The anti-Islam league cheered even more when His Majesty the Sultan said that “Johor is not a Taliban state.”
While I disagree with the proprietor of the laundromat for having such rules, I respect his choice. But I fail to understand why one’s choice of limiting his market to only Muslims not being celebrated by the rest? Why get angry? You get money from those who choose to frequent a open-to-all laundromat such as I.
If such a thing is racism in practice, why has the anti-Islam league ever kicked a fuss over this issue? Because the Chinese is the minority and they can get away with reverse-racism?
The other thing that I don’t get is this:
The police said they are not giving out permits for this festival over security reasons
Every day Malaysians drink to glory so much that between 2010 to August 2015, 618 died due to drink driving.
So far, nobody really cared how much they want to drink or if they would still be alive the next day. Suddenly, when the police and DBKL deny permits for Beer Fest and Oktoberfest, everyone screamed in anger as if their 364 days of binge-drinking has been curbed by a Talibanistic government.
The police said that security could be compromised and that lives could be lost if terrorists carry out their threats against the event.
The pro-drinkers wouldn’t have that. They accuse Najib Razak of kowtowing to PAS as part of an election deal.
Look, if that is the only deal that Najib Razak is capable of doing then that is downright stupid. If I were the PM I would just give a state to PAS in exchange for parliamentary seats. What on Earth can stopping a binge-drinking festival earn you?
Just go buy your crates of beer and drink at home with friends and enjoy your own Oktoberfest. If you want more privacy and a spacious venue, I know of a bungalow on Jalan Pinhorn. At least you don’t have to worry about falling into a swimming pool and drown.
Malaysia is far from being Talibanistic. What it is is becoming more idiotic. There are more and more idiots being zombified by both mainstream and social media.
I wonder what they would say to Japan which is also now being very Talibanistic?

1. TEOH BENG HOCK MATI KETIKA MEMBERI KETERANGAN MENGENAI SALAHGUNA WANG RAKYAT OLEH DAP. SIAPA YANG AKAN DITANGKAP SEKIRANYA BENG HOCK MASIH HIDUP DAN MENCERITAKAN KESEMUA MAKLUMAT YANG ADA PADA BELIAU?
2. SIAPA YANG MENERIMA MANFAAT POLITIK SEKIRANYA TEOH BENG HOCK HIDUP DAN SEMPAT MENCERITAKAN KEPADA SPRM MENGENAI MAKLUMAT-MAKLUMAT PENYELEWENGAN YANG BELIAU KETAHUI? BARISAN NASIONAL ATAU DAP?
3. SIAPA YANG MENERIMA MANFAAT SEKIRANYA TEOH BENG HOCK MATI SEBELUM SEMPAT MEMBERI MAKLUMAT MENGENAI PENYELEWENGAN WANG RAKYAT YANG DISYAKI DILAKUKAN OLEH WAKIL-WAKIL RAKYAT DAP?
Corrupt Minister Lim Guan Eng a.k.a Tokong must be pretty livid at being attacked left, right and center. We are not just talking about the attacks by members of his opponent parties, but also from his own party, the DAP.
Guan Eng was charged in court for corruption after abusing his position to purchase a RM4.7 million bungalow at No.25 Jalan Pinhorn for only RM2.8 million. This was in return for the sale of a state land at Taman Manggis to a developer linked to the bungalow.
On Tuesday, BN’s Abdul Rahman Dahlan questioned the Pulau Pinang DAP-led government’s act to overpay by 400 percent above the gazetted scale of fees the feasibility studies and detailed design fees to concession holders. Lim Guan Eng’s government paid RM31.3 million for the feasibility studies for 20.23 kilometers of road, and an additional RM177.5 million for the same for the detailed designs bringing the total paid to RM208.8 million.
Rahman Dahlan (center) holding up the Pulau Pinang Public Accounts Report 2016 that mentions the cost of the feasibility studies and detailed designs
This is way above the RM41 million calculated by the Malaysian Board of Engineers based on the gazetted scale of fees. The project was signed in late 2013 and was supposed to have commenced in 2015 to be completed in 2018. The project has yet to take off.
The 20.23 kilometers of roads are namely the 10.53km Tanjung Bungah-Teluk Bahang paired road; the 5.7km Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu-Air Itam bypass and the 4km Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu-Persiaran Gurney bypass.. These roads were supposed to be linked to the proposed Pulau Pinang undersea tunnel to the mainland which feasibility study has yet to be finalised despite the several changes of deadline.
The feasibility study for the undersea tunnel, promised to be completed at end of 2016 by Lim Guan Eng himself, has thus far cost RM305 million. In April 2017, the Tokong announced that the study is only 87 percent completed and would be submitted to the Works Ministry in October 2017.
Tokong has also come under fire for excessively destroying the environment from within the DAP ranks. Teh Chee Yau, the ADUN for Tanjung Bungah, has repeatedly protested the destruction of the environment namely the uprooting of old trees to make way for unnecessary widening of roads, as well as the sand dredging and reclamation projects offshore.
Veteran DAP lawmaker Tan Seng Giaw also voiced his concern against the excesses in Pulau Pinang in his Facebook and Twitter postings.
Perhaps, Tokong only knows how to use the Internet to spread lies on social media but does not know that besides searching for porn and spreading lies, the Internet could also be used to send messages through E-mail, WhatsApp and other media.
Tokong may be a bungling bungalow buyer, lying through his teeth and hope people will buy his lies. But you have to give it to him for believing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel he is not looking at. Perhaps, people in DAP and Pulau Pinang can help him see the light even better by giving him the boot.
The title above sounds like the phrase “kong ka li kong” which in Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia describes as untrustworthy, scheming, conspiring in an evil plot. It describes the DAP aptly.
I can imagine how majority of the voters in Penang must have felt in March 2008 when Pakatan Rakyat managed to wrestle Pulau Pinang from the clutches of BN’s Gerakan after almost 51 years. It was a hopeful change for the better. Voters then probably thought that the Barisan Nasional did not really fit into their idea of progress and prosperity a clean and efficient government might have given. They tried their luck thinking that it was worth a try to change. The candidates from the Pakatan Rakyat, too, thought that it was worth a try although they did not envisage a victory.
When they did, they had no idea how to fulfill promises that had been made to the voters. The most famous of all promises was that Kampung Buah Pala that had been in existence for decades, would remain standing. This was the promise made by Anwar Ibrahim in the run up to the 12th General Elections.
In the video below you could see Anwar Ibrahim promising the residents of Kampung Buah Pala that he would speak to the Chief Minister-designate and within two weeks, officers from the Chief Minister-designate’s office would announce themselves that Kampung Buah Pala would be saved.
And the people of Kampung Buah Pala probably fell for it and helped vote Gerakan out on the 8th March 2008. Less than three weeks later, the village that had stood for decades was bulldozed.
Anwar could also claim that the person in the video above was not him – the person may look like him, but was not him.
However, a similar promise was made by a DAP candidate by the name of Sanisvara Nethaji Rayer s/o Rajaji Rayer. Rayer promised that the village would remain a standing village should Professor Dr. P. Ramasamy (of DAP) remain in power. “As long as the Tiger of Bukit Gelugor (Karpal) represents us, I am sure no one can enter our territory,” he was quoted to have said.
Then, comes the gentrification of Pulau Pinang. The poor, be they Chinese, Malay or Indians, are being systematically removed from their traditional dwelling in the name of progress and development.
While his son has been charged in court for corrupt practices while holding the Chief Minister’s office, Emperor Lim Kit Siang is still asking for Najib Razak to resign over the 1MDB issue.
However, it is typical of DAP to NOT walk the talk.
Hopefully the voters of Penang and in other states have wised up. DAP under the Emperor and Tokong has done more than what you have accused the BN of doing in just under two terms. If you realy hate BN but want people with integrity, you should really kick the Lims out, as well as perpetual liars like Tony Pua. They are not indispensable. And they are NOT as popular in DAP as Teresa Kok paints them to be.
Think carefully! Save your island before it sinks.
The four are Kota Melaka MP Sim Tong Him, Duyong assemblyperson Goh Leong San, Bachang assemblyperson Lim Jak Wong and Kesidang assemblyperson Chin Choong Seong.
The only ‘Black Ops‘ done to DAP was by U-Turn Mahathir when Kit Siang befriended the former and caused Penang DAP’s Shamsher Singh Thind to leave the party late last year.
Since then, the Tokong has been proven to lie about many things including abusing his power to satisfy his self-interest in the purchase of the infamous swimming-pool-less bungalow at Jalan Pinhorn. He has been charged in court for corruption over a similar offence committed by former Selangor Menteri Besar, Khir Toyo.
Teh said that Pribumi leaders were long-standing Umno members and he was worried that working with the party would eventually lead to the formation of “Barisan Nasional II”.
“Then we’ll have Mahathir, Muhyiddin and Mukhriz all over again,” he said.
I am sure Emperor Kit Siang realises that Teh Yee Cheu is a Malay and has always been an UMNO member and is part of the “Black Ops” against DAP.
Another “Black Ops” was during the 2013 DAP party elections when UMNO’s company Microsoft, planted a doctored Excel spreadsheet program to sabotage the party elections. Even the Registrar of Societies have yet to come with a decision on the outcome of the elections AFTER FOUR YEARS.
But what Emperor Kit Siang will soon realise when his son the Tokong goes to jail for corruption is that his wife Neo Yoke Tee has always been a closet UMNO member and was instructed to give birth to a dumb son. The good thing is that Lim Kit Siang will still have a scapegoat for that.
The Penang DAP sounds more like a broken record nowadays. When Penang DAP voters dumped Koh Tsu Koon-led Gerakan for DAP, they genuinely believed that DAP could bring about the changes they were all looking forward to. DAP, together with their Pakatan Rakyat partners threw in a manifesto that everyone thought was Utopian that even they did not think that they would wrestle any of the states from the Barisan Nasional. However, thank you (or no thank you) to Mahathir whose personal attacks on the then-Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi, the Pakatan Rakyat was caught with their pants off when they actually won. They had to now live up to the manifesto and promises they had made.
No thank you to Mahathir as the current problems faced by the Penang people are all started by his attacks on Abdullah, but thanks to him voters get to see the real face of the DAP.
In 2008, the DAP-led state government quickly introduced the principles of Competent, Accountability and Transparency (CAT) to the people of Penang. This was repeated in the manifesto for the 2013 General Elections as shows above. In the first bullet it stated that the administration of the CAT would be improved; all state assemblymen would be transparent and declare their assets; strengthen the freedom of information enactment; forbid family members of assemblymen from conducting businesses. What has been going on in real life has far digressed from the “clean government” manifesto.
The Penang state government is far from being competent, accountable and transparent. Its Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was charged in court for two counts of corruption cum abuse of position; the only declaration of assets to the public was by Lim Guan Eng when he invited the press into his controversial bungalow on Jalan Pinhorn to show them that there is no swimming pool; according to FreedomInfo.org, a global network of freedom of information advocates, Penang’s Freedom of Information policy does not comply to international definitions and is restrictive; family members of Penang’s state assemblymen especially the office holders are found to be conducting businesses like nobody’s business. The latest involves Lim Kiat Seong, father of State Assemblyman Lim Siew Khim.
Lim Kiat Seong, father of Assemblyman Lim Siew Khim, was seen in a video about corruption involving a housing scheme in Penang
In a video that was made public by Penang Gerakan’s Oh Tong Keong, Kiat Seong, 68 years old was seen with a middleman and a complainant who argued that he had made a RM260 payment to bypass the Low-Cost Housing process but had yet to receive an offer letter.
In her defence, Lim Siew Khim who is also Wanita DAP Chief said that her father’s business has nothing to do with her, and that she has never heard anyone compaining about the issue in her constituency. She even claimed to not have any knowledge of the issue. I can only make the following deductions about Siew Khim:
She never goes down to the ground to care about the grassroots;
She does not care about the goings-on in her constituency;
She does not think what her father did is wrong;
She thinks the voters are stupid and would just accept her explanation at face value.
Lim Kiat Seong went missing immediately after the video was made public. The MACC later found him and arrested him, and after being grilled for five hours, led the MACC to two properties where documents related to the case were seized. Lim Siew Khim arrived at the MACC’s office on Jalan Northam at 10am for questioning.
Ironically, Lim Kiat Seong and Lim Kit Siang, father of charged-for-corruption Lim Guan Eng, share the same Chinese characters in their name (林吉祥). Lim Kiat Seong is how the name is pronounced in Hokkien while Lim Kit Siang is Southern Min Chinese!
DAP loves to point to the mistakes made by others, the Barisan Nasional in particular. It would go on and on about any issues brought forth that implicates anyone from the Barisan Nasional that they begin to sound like a broken heavy metal record that unfortunately repeats the shrieks instead of the strums. And the DAP has also chosen to not see that it has perhaps broken records for having the most number of corruption or corrupted-practices cases in slightly less than two terms.
I would be very amused if come GE14, the voters in Penang prove Lim Siew Khim’s Point Number Four right.
Malaysians hardly read. Nor do they have the brain capacity to either process information or store information. This is why Malaysians have a very short attention span, memory retaining problem and are also gullible.
Example 1
When Malaysians read they have this superb speed-reading capability that they have used during their schooldays especially during last minute slogging sessions days before the SPM examinations. They will pick up key words, process these words in a crude manner that would make sense to only them and that forms their understanding.
So when the Attorney-General of the US Loretta Lynch conducted the press conference on the misappropriation of 1MDB sovereign funds, Malaysians pick up certain keywords, and they are:
Riza Aziz
Stepson
1MDB
Stolen
People of Malaysia
Malaysian Official 1
Simpletons put these six words together and they have a conjuncture that says “Malaysian Official 1 and stepson Riza Aziz together with 1MDB stole from the people of Malaysia.”
I would have termed them as nincompoops or morons but for the purpose of this article I’d like to make them sound like a bunch of professional morons – hence the use of the term simpletons.
The DoJ are applying for the seizure of assets “associated with an international conspiracy to launder funds misappropriated” from 1MDB.
This is about people who took money from funds meant for 1MDB to profiteer and for their personal consumption.
There are four people named in this civil forfeiture lawsuit and they are Riza Aziz who is the stepson of Najib Razak, Low Taek Jho, or Jho Low, and Abu Dhabi government officials Khadem al-Qubaisi and Mohamed Ahmed Badawy Al-Husseiny.
The four named above would now have to respond to the complaints filed in the lawsuit (show cause if you must, for the simpletons) to say to the DoJ that they purchased assets through legal means. This lawsuit can take up to seven years before it would come to a conclusion.
My point here is, dear simpletons, Najib Razak whom you have linked Malaysian Official 1 to be, is not named in this lawsuit. He is not a party to this process. Neither are 1MDB Official 1, 1MDB Official 2, and 1MDB Official 3.
Neither is anything missing or seized from 1MDB as 1MDB is also NOT a party to this civil lawsuit. In a larger scheme of things, it is 1MDB that is the victim of misappropriation and not a collusion partner to the four mentioned above.
(Note for Simpletons: please read this paragraph 50 times). As Malaysians also have problems retaining memory, it is important to remember that the criminal investigation by the Royal Malaysian Police into the administration and governance of the 1MDB based on the PAC report is still ongoing. This is the same PAC report that has cleared Najib Razak from any wrongdoing and was signed in absolute agreement by its members which includes DAP lawbreaker Tony Pua. To add to that, Najib Razak is not being subjected to any investigation as announced not only in Malaysia and the US, but also in Singapore and Switzerland and a couple other countries. (Simpletons now go back to the beginning of this paragraph).
Oh! Talk about having short memory:
Example 2
Fatigue, mood swings, absent-mindedness all come with that dreadful word MENOPAUSE. It also comes with age. So if you are 64 and menopausal absent-mindedness probably comes as a double-whammy. That is why I can forgive Wan Azizah for her episodes of absent-mindedness.
She forgot that Najib Razak is not under any form of investigation or lawsuit, yet calls for Najib Razak to go on leave. Her absent-mindedness has made her forgot about one person whom have abused his position (much like her husband did prior to 1998) for personal gains and has actually been charged in a court of law! Did Wan Azizah call for this person to go on leave?
So, Wan Azizah is menopausal. But what has Tony Pua got to say for himself?
I don’t hear any call from Tony Pua asking Lim Guan Eng after the latter was charged in court. He can’t claim to be menopausal as he was born in Batu Pahat 44 years ago as was Guan Eng’s father, Lim Kit Siang. Furthermore, Tony is a man.
Or maybe not.
Lim Guan Eng had personally benefitted from the purchase of the bungalow on Jalan Pinhorn at a much lower price than its actual value. Using his position to interfere or influence the price of the bungalow. If he sells this bungalow tomorrow, then he would big making a huge some of money, thanks to his position as the Chief Minister of Penang that he has thus far been very reluctant to let go.
We are also still waiting for the documents pertaining to the proposed third Penang bridge that the Works Ministry has asked for. Let us also not forget about the RM305 million paid for a feasibility study for a RM6.3 billion tunnel linking Georgetown and Butterworth! RM305 million could have gotten the marginalised Chinese, Indian and Malay people of Penang 7,625 low cost affordable homes that would house at least 45,750 marginalised Penangites if they are priced at RM40,000 per unit!
So let us not digress from the main attention here which is the corrupted State Government of Pulau Pinang that is led by its Corrupted Minister Mr Lim Guan Eng who has been charged in court!
Najib Razak? Najib Razak has not done anything wrong as far as at least four nations are concerned and should just go about his business of developing the country as usual.
