The Never-Ending ProTun Saga

This was written by Ms Lim Sian See:

The PakaTun Chief Dedak Blogger, OutSyed the Box who deletes his posts within one or two days because he is scared of saman fitnah, has just written an article saying that MOF will be made bankrupt by a UK court in London on 11 JULAI 2016 (Raya Ke 5).
This view is of course shared by the Pentaksub Tuns such as my FB friend Blue Ocean Mohd Hanizam Bin Yunus’s post which has got many shares and likes.
But of course these are all tipu by the above people unable to accept defeat in the recent by-elections.
Firstly, this is related to an arbitration request made by Aabar to 1MDB to decide who is right or wrong in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
The LCIA is not actually a real court but non-for-profit company that is used as a service to solve disputes – normally between companies in different countries or between countries themselves.
This LCIA has NO jurisdictions and the result is NON-BINDING and the court CANNOT ENFORCE its decisions.
So, how does LCIA have the authority to declare the ministry of Finance as “bankrupt”?
This is not the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which doesn;t hear business disputes anyway. But the penipu PakaTuns probably confused this with the LCIA.

Secondly, this is USD6.5b or RM26b. Our current govt debt and GDP is certainly bigger than that. It is just 2.6% of our GDP, so how can MOF be made bankrupt?
Another way to look at this is that your annual salary is RM100,000 every year, does it make sense that you get declared bankrupt over a dispute involving RM2,600?

Thirdly, the July 11 date is the date for 1MDB to file it’s reply. It is not even decision date. Arbitration can take years and 1MDB believes it has a solid case – which is why it refuses to pay the interest on the bonds which led to this arbitration even though it had the money to do so.
So, how can July 11 be the date when MOF is declared bankrupt when it is just the date to file its response before the case actually starts being heard – which could take years?
Fourthly. this amount of RM26b or USD6.5b is made out of:

– USD3.5b (being the bonds in dispute – which is already part of the very misleading RM42b or RM55b that PakaTUN people like to use.),

– USD1.5b is for future interest of these bonds

– USD500m for the remainder of the Aabar options that 1MDB said it has paid but IPIC said no.

– USD1 billion, which is for the return of the money already paid by IPIC to 1MDB last June.

Therefore, the above amount is nothing new and with this dispute, 1MDB also does not need to pass over the financial assets that it intended to swap with IPIC and can thus liquidate or redeem them later.
Again, it is clear that the PakaTun penipus continue to take advantage of their followers ignorance with propaganda lies such as this – despite knowing that majority of Malaysians already reject your much repeated fairy-tales as shown in the recent Sarawak elections and the two by-elections.
I have full confidence that Arul Kanda, our MOF and 1MDB knows what they are doing and will resolve this irritation soon.

In the meantime, I challenge Hanizam, OutSyed and the rest of the PakaTun this:
If MOF is not declared Bankrupt by 11 July 2016 or even 11 Aug 2016, you must all make a public apology for your fitnah during Ramadan and quit writing forever.
In return, if MOF is indeed declared bankrupt on those two days, I will reveal my public ID, make a public apology and kow-tow to both of you and quit writing forever.
Do we have a deal?

On A Suicide Watch

A month ago in the aftermath of the Sarawak State Elections, Mahathir remarked that the situation for Barisan Nasional were different in Sarawak compared to the Peninsula. Whilst national issues are natural concerns for the Malayans, Sarawakians were more concerned about their well-being. Nary a day passed without Mahathir campaigning against Najib.

This 91-year old thoroughgoing villain pulled out all the stops to have Najib removed albeit undemocratically even to the extent of cooperating with his political enemies, soliciting help from foreigners to throw baseless allegations and lies, as well as coming up with a nonsensical “Citizens Declaration” that was proven to have false signatures.

In the end, the parliamentary by-elections in Sungai Besar and Kuala Kangsar proved that the voters totally rejected the destructive lies brought forth by Mahathir as well as his attempt to make Muhyiddin the Prime Minister to warm up that seat for his son Mukhriz. The opposition paid a heavy price for jockeying this mule when, despite heavy campaigning, they lost badly to Barisan Nasional and made an ass of themselves. That is the price they paid for aligning themselves with Mahathir thinking it would benefit them. Anwar must be smiling to himself in prison.

In 1905, George Santayana wrote “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Mahathir was a great man but he was a cruel and egotistical dictator nevertheless. He was rejected by his own UMNO division in 2004. Instead of remembering that episode, the opposition chose to ride on Mahathir’s “popularity.”

Unfortunately for them, most of the voters still remember Mahathir’s sins. This played well into BN’s hands where the backroom boys used to engineer the opposition’s downfall. And being the proud and egotistical person that he is, Mahathir refused to recognise that his campaign was disastrous. Instead of saving his “friends,” he dragged PKR, DAP and PAN deep into the hole that he had himself dug.

It’s a bit like a suicide watch…with a twist.

Save Our Soul

When the Save Malaysia declaration was announced on 4th March 2016, the intention was to garner the support of 100,000 Malaysians. It hardly gained any traction. Then the organisers, in an apparent battle for perception, announced that they would go for a million signatures instead.

The funny thing is, in the 69 days of collecting signatures of those who want Najib Razak to step down, they only managed to garner the support of 500,000 people. That translates into 7,246 signatures per day. This was announced by Kamaruddin Jaafar who himself admitted that the petition had missed its deadline. When asked if it would be presented to the Rulers Institution, he equivocated.

Two days later, Quisling-reincarnate Muhyiddin Yassin congratulated the 1.2 million who signed the petition. That is an increase by 700,000 signatures or 350,000 signatures per day!

So who is lying?

You can get 50 million people to sign if you want but it means shit constitutionally. The Yang DiPertuan Agong does not have the power to dismiss the Prime Minister. His Majesty can only appoint a member of Parliament whom His Majesty thinks has the most support in the August House. The only ways to dismiss the Prime Minister through democratic means are for him to lose the election, or for him to lose the support of the Barisan Nasional MPs.

Mahathir knows this hence his drive to oust Najib is a mere drama he’s known to play time and time again. But do his delirious and delusional young apprentices know? Maybe they do, maybe they don’t.

Looking at the HDR pic above of Mahathir hugging and being hugged by his fellow deceivers why they all cried, I can only deduce two things:

  1. The two deceivers were crying because they knew they were lying to the old man, and,
  2. The old man is crying just to put on a show to deceive his fellow deceivers into thinking that a change of government could soon happen using the 1.2 million signatures.

These crocodile tears shed by Mahathir and his cohorts are nothing new. They are seasoned politicians.

Quisling Muhyiddin cried when he was fired from the Deputy Prime Minister’s post

Mahathir’s son, Boboy, cried when he was fired from his job when he lost the confidence of the state’s assemblymen

Mahathir cried when HE fired HIMSELF from the Prime Minister’s post

So, don’t be fooled by these actors. They use crocodile tears to rile up the sentiments of the public and feed us with blatant lies and take us on a delusional path, constantly recycling old issues even though they have been addressed.

Just save your soul from these rancorous beings.

“Gua pun mau nangis. Bolo punyia anak bili banggalo talak swimming pu!”

Grotesque Bastard

YAB PM NAJIB RAZAK :-

7 April 2016

STATEMENT BY PRIME MINISTER NAJIB RAZAK ON PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE REPORT ON 1MDB

Following multiple grave allegations made against 1MDB, such as Tun Mahathir’s claim that 42 billion had gone missing, the Cabinet under my instruction asked the Auditor General in March 2015 to conduct an independent investigation into 1MDB’s financial accounts.

To ensure that this was a transparent process, we also instructed that the findings be passed for review to the Public Accounts Committee – a bi-partisan body that includes opposition parliamentarians.

After an exhaustive process, the PAC has today released a report with its findings to Parliament. This report represents a consensus by the PAC members, and its findings are based on facts and hundreds of hours of reviews and investigations.

I would like to thank the National Audit Department and PAC for producing a comprehensive, conclusive and definitive report.

Having reviewed it, I note that the PAC’s report shows that 42 billion is not missing from 1MDB, as had been alleged by Tun Mahathir.

However, the report has identified weaknesses in 1MDB’s capital structure and management. We will study and act on the report’s recommendations. We must ensure that lessons are learned, and action will be taken if any evidence of wrongdoing is found.

Equally, it is now clear that Tun Mahathir’s allegations against 1MDB have been false. He was motivated by personal interest, not the national interest, and a desire to unseat the government.

We will continue to focus on our economic plan and strengthening the economy – which has continued to show resilience in the face of global challenges.

The PAC has cleared the Prime Minister of any involvement in the 1MDB issues and has clearly stated that it was a governance issue where a former CEO needs further probe done on him.

The PAC also includes Tony Pua, the incorrigible and habitual liar, much like his Squidward friend who was arrested by the police yesterday. Tiny Pee or Little Wee as I would like to call him based on his name Tony Pua Kiam Wee, who is part of the PAC and also signed and agreed to the report, is still trying to hoodwink the public. He is not interested in the truth, he is just bent on destroying the BN through manipulating the public’s perception on the issue.

If I were 1MDB, because the PAC report is already out in the open and is no longer subjected to the OSA, I would start suing big time liars such as Mahathir, Rafizi and Tiny Pee. Then we will see this big liar with Little Wee.

4 Conmen

4 Corners? Is that the thing that produced a show on Najib for Australia’s ABC recently?

It seems that Mahathir has lost it totally and is reduced to the role of a vinyl record with a scratch, repeating the same things over and over again.

Let us see what Salleh Said Keruak has to say about the TV story highlighting stale and pathetic issues:

STATEMENT ON ABC’S ‘FOUR CORNERS’ BY MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS

30 March 2016
The Four Corners programme is another attempt by Tun Mahathir to use Western media as part of his Anti-Najib Campaign. Having lost his attempt to topple the Prime Minister in UMNO and in Parliament, Tun Mahathir has no option left but to exploit other channels like Western media, whom he vilified when in power, and join forces with political opponents like Lim Kit Siang, whom he jailed when in power.

Unfortunately, the journalists accepted the narrative they were presented hook, line and sinker. Weaving together a disparate set of events, they interviewed only Tun Mahathir and members of his Anti-Najib Campaign, who have publicly confirmed their intention to overthrow a democratically-elected government. There is no attempt at balance, and no proof provided to justify the wild claims.
The facts are:
1. Hussain Najadi had no involvement with AmBank since the 1980s. The Prime Minister’s accounts were opened in 2011. By then, Mr Najadi had not been part of Ambank for nearly thirty years, and had no involvement whatsoever in the accounts. Authorities such as the Royal Malaysian Police have confirmed that Mr Najadi never lodged any reports related to the Prime Minister’s accounts while he was alive. The murder of Mr Najadi was comprehensively investigated by the police and court process has taken place. There was no link whatsoever to the Prime Minister.
2. Kevin Morais’ employer, the Attorney General, has publicly confirmed that Mr Morais was never involved in any investigation relating to 1MDB or the Prime Minister. Furthermore, Mr Morais was transferred from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission to the Attorney General’s Chambers in July 2014, a year before the investigation into 1MDB was even launched. It was therefore physically impossible for Mr Morais to have written any 1MDB-related charge sheet. His murder has been comprehensively investigated by the police, following which individuals were charged and will be tried in court. One of those charged was investigated by Mr Morais, but the case had no link to 1MDB or the Prime Minister.
3. Regarding Altantuya Sharibuu, the Prime Minister has made clear that he did not know, had never met, had never had any communication with and had no link whatsoever with her. Comprehensive legal process has taken place, including police investigations and court trials, including at Malaysia’s High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. At no point during any of these legal stages was the Prime Minister implicated, even indirectly. The two guilty parties have been convicted and sentenced. They were not the Prime Minister’s personal guards – this is an intentionally misleading allegation that has been used to create false conspiracy theories. They were members of a police unit that provides rotating security for government officials and visiting dignitaries. The Prime Minister was not aware of the actions of the individuals until their arrest.
It has been confirmed by the police, public prosecutor and the courts that these three tragic deaths were in no way linked to the Prime Minister. As these murders have undergone comprehensive police investigations and court process, these malicious allegations are therefore an affront not just to the Prime Minister, but also to Malaysia’s police, judiciary and criminal justice system as a whole.
Tun Mahathir and the Anti-Najib Campaign have been trying to attack the Prime Minister on these issues for years. But there is absolutely no evidence of any wrongdoing, and there never will be – because these allegations are entirely false smears motivated by political gain.
DATUK SERI PANGLIMA DR SALLEH SAID KERUAK

MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA‎

Repeating issues is nothing new if it comes from Mahathir. He must have learnt it from someone who used to work for someone like him – a dictator. The name of the person was Paul Joseph Goebbles.

The following picture sums Mahathir up:

Munafik

Do you know what hypocrisy is? Hypocrisy is when you tell your
voters that so and so is the devil reincarnated, that he is out to destroy their way of life, their rights and their religion. Hypocrisy is when you tell those oppressed that the person oppressing them has made rich his family members as well as cronies,
And then you work hand-in-hand with the very people you’ve been so bent on destroying, just so you could fulfill your political destiny and personal goals, disregarding what mental stress that you have put your voters and supporters through.
These are hypocrites. Do you know what hypocrite is in Islam?
Munafik.
And no matter how much you try to justify their hypocrisy, they are still munafiks and your trying to justify their hypocrisy has to be the most vile of acts.

Ku Klux Kling

It is a well known fact that Mahathir hates his Kutty-blood so much that anything that has to do with the Indian diaspora would be bad for him unless he could subjugate them and they become subservient towards him. Veteran political watchers would understand what I am referring to.

I still remember when the first two Malaysians summitted the Everest in 1997, RTM being the official media carried a live cross from the Everest base camp where jubilant Malaysians who never made it to the top were seen celebrating in the background just as Mahathir, who was the Prime Minister then, was talking to the Chef de Mission. When told of the identities of the two Malaysians, Mahathir asked, “Siapa lagi? Itu aja?” (Whom else? Only those two?)

It was a proud moment for Malaysians but you cannot help but hear the tone of disappointment in Mahathir’s voice. I Googled to find reference to that moment but had found just this:

It was for that reason the subsequent expedition, which I became part of, was a 100 percent Malay expedition. As part of the organising committee and the Deputy Jump Leader, together with another ex Air Force officer, Lt Aziz Ahmad, we were tasked to select freefallers from the Wilayah Skydivers, the Army’s Grup Gerakhas, the Navy’s Pasukan Khas Laut, the Police’s Komando 69, and of course from Aziz’s and my former unit, the Air Force’s Pasukan Khas Udara. TV3 was selected as the official media.

We had a fellow skydiver who was from the Transportation Corps that we would have liked to have on board but he was an Indian and was not allowed to join the team. Likewise, TV3 mustered its best documentary team and sent its best journalist who was also trained by NatGeo, the renowned Karam Singh Walia. Our Chef de Mission, the late Abdul Rahim Dahlan aka Rahim King told TV3 that no Indians were allowed to join us to the North Pole.

The damage to my friendship with the Indian officer was irrepairable. He would make fun of me to others while I had to keep myself calm and not reveal the reason his name was rejected to protect the Prime Minister from being hated by a military officer. And I never did for 18 years – until today.

All of us in that expedition to the North Pole were patriots in the face of the possibility of dying at the North Pole – and Mahathir’s vision of Malaysia Boleh.

For whatever reason, Mahathir is never proud of who he really is. He is neither Indian, nor as he claims to be – a Malay. In Penang, he would be referred to as a Kling. I could name many great Indians right from Ashok to Narendra Modi, but not a Kling one. Mahathir was great to me but only because I thought he is a Malay.

Mahathir was so great to me that when he left UMNO, I left too in 2004. I dumped my AJK Bahagian and Ketua Cawangan posts and left politics, not that I was really a politician. The only difference is I am not the hypocrite Mahathir is, so when he rejoined, I stayed out.

However, I continued to support Mahathir’s stance in almost anything and had great doubts in Najib especially when the latter was all silent at the beginning of the 1MDB hoo-hahs. That was all true until the Kling in Mahathir surfaced. He started blabbing about Altantuya, changed the 1MDB goalposts and figures several times; it was almost as if he was just casting a net to see what could be caught. When he began to sound ridiculous and helped the Opposition attack Tabung Haji, I decided the old man had gone bonkers.

I was always a pro-Mahathir. When he fired Anwar Ibrahim in September 1998, I stood outside Anwar’s official residence with a few other friends from the Kelab Bekas Komando Malaysia among the hundreds that gathered, wondering what has happened. It was the night I made my choice to support my Prime Minister because he was then my Prime Minister.

To see him now holding hands with those he incarcerated and when he was in power just whonare also those who want to undermine the sanctity of Islam in this country, so he could oust the current Prime Minister, is heartbreaking for lack of a better word. You don’t burn your house down or work with outsiders just because you have a quarrel with a sibling. Like it or not, Najib is the elder brother in UMNO and Mahathir has to respect that. He should not have resigned in 2003 if he cannot accept that his successors would have their own style and once gone he is a has-been. Working with the enemies of your party just so you can save the party is just a stupid excuse to cover up one’s insidious personal agenda.

And until Najib is found guilty ina court of law, I will continue to support him as the Prime Minister of this nation.

So who is the only other Kling that I could think of who has made it to the history books? Raja Mudaliar aka Raja Mendeliar – the Kling that helped the downfall of the Melaka Empire.

Life of Annie had every reason to disagree with my calling Mahathir Mendeliar a few months ago. I guess Life of Annie has now seen Mahathir’s colours.
On the bright side, Mahathir’s reverse  metamorphosis from a statesman back to the kling he originally was, has brought about some good for the economically oppressed Malaysians whose holidays are mostly spent abroad.

Chaotic Kedah

Two years ago when I attended a meeting with an armed forces veterans association in Kedah I was briefed on some of the problems the association was facing and they asked me if there was anyone above the level of the State Secretary that I would know. I said I don’t have a direct access to the Menteri Besar but I know a few people who actually do; to which they replied:

“Tak payahlah jumpa Mukhriz, tuan. Dia bukan buat kerja pun! Asyik dok hantaq pegawai dia ja!” (There’s no point in meeting with Mukhriz, sir. He doesn’t work! He only sends his officers (to do his errands)!

I was taken by surprise. I follow Mukhriz’s Instagram account and in the early days as the Menteri Besar he would wear a jubah and attend prayer sessions in the kampungs. Even when the Prime Minister decided that Mukhriz was to become the Menteri Besar in the days leading up to the last general elections I thought it was the most correct decision although many quarters in Kedah was upset.

That all stopped just before the end of Ramadhan last year. After Aidil Fitri his account was filled with selfies with Siti Nurhaliza, Ramli Sarip, Jamal Abdillah and even Upin et Ipin! Nothing wrong with those but I happen to revisit his Instagram timeline to see if there’s any difference then and now.

Is the current chaos about Najib versus Mahathir? I doubt that very much. But the complaint about Mukhriz not meeting the rakyat, associations or even Ketua Bahagians did not stop with the complaint I received two years ago. Another group of veterans from Kedah whom I met at a reunion of Air Force veterans in Kuantan early last year also revealed the same complaints. Therefore it isn’t just the UMNO politicians who are complaining about him but also the normal Joe on the street!

Now whether or not certain UMNO quarters harbour the ambition of becoming the next Menteri Besar or not is a small matter compared to the grouses the rakyat have against Mukhriz’s administration. The complaints range from the only development Mukhriz has brought about in Kedah is to build a mall ona piece of land donated by the First Mufti of Kedah for a mosque to Mukhriz doesn’t run this state, his two officers do. UMNO Kedah insiders apparently know who these two officers are!

While the supporters of Mukhriz quicky claimed that the anti-Mukhriz movement could not gather the numbers when meeting the UMNO President yesterday, the report I received show otherwise:

To remove Mukhriz it would have to be done in accordance with the Kedah State Constitution and that is through the Sultan or Council of Regents, or through a vote in the state legislative council. While majority of the UMNO ADUNs are against Mukhriz, five were absent from the meeting. Assuming the five are for him, the group opposed to him would need the support of both MCA and PAS. Both PKR and the sole rep from Amanah would definitely have to take the cue from their masters in the DAP.

It is very important for those in UMNO opposed to Mukhriz to get a majority support because this can be quite different to the 2009 Perak constitutional crisis.

On a side note, Mahathir once changed the Kedah Menteri Besar despite getting much opposition from the Kedah UMNO but of course “My Way” was Mahathir’s way, and he believes it still is. A lesson for Mukhriz and others to learn, and Mukhriz has recently agreed with is that you can only remove a leader through legal means, and this will be a lesson he will long remember.

The irony of it all is Muhyiddin’s latest press statement in support of Mukhriz . This coming from a coward who backstabs his boss in order to be on top is surely the joke of the year this far.

This Brutus-wannabe ought to keep his dirty mouth shut and continue reading his two favourite tabloids for facts and continue living in a dream world.

Bagilah Muhyiddin Buat Kerja

Bagilah Muhyiddin buat kerja pula…

A Negative Proton

Protons are supposed to be positive charged. Somehow, that is not part of the traits of our beloved Proton. Don’t get me wrong. Proton has mostly churned out good cars. My first car, the Proton Saga Megavalve, was with me for 16 years before I used a Perdana V6. It was only in 2011 that I switched to a Japanese model and is still using it. Entitled to a Kia Sorento from the company I prefer using a Proton Pesona because it’s zippy, reliable, and fits me going to either Hilton Sentral for meetings or to drive  into a construction site. I love Proton, but I don’t love the case the Protun group has put through:

The above post invited a rebuttal by their opponents:

I don’t know who are the Protun people trying to kid.

Proton started off with RM6 billion for two plants. It became very profitable in the mid 1980s and 1990s that its distributor EON, bought a bank and named it EON Bank! Over 30 years the Research and Development costs have totalled RM18 billion. However, Proton also has to pay royalty to Mitsubishi and as at 2003, that has amounted to RM17 billion. I’ll leave the total up to 2015 to your imagination.

Then for some reason Proton lost its edge and perhaps the drive and direction that Petronas had had to bail Proton out with a at least RM1 billion injection . Coincidentally both Petronas and Proton share the same adviser.

Don’t forget Proton also lost about RM1 billion (estimated) after discarding MV Agusta and Lotus! Bad management decision after a bad advice I assume.

In the end, Khazanah has had to step in through the acquisition of shares that must have cost around RM1 billion!

After 30 years in operation and RM44 billion spent, Proton still cannot make its own cars and have to rely on designs and engines from outside and is probably no different to Naza that sells rebranded cars. Yet it needs a capital injection of RM3 billion to produce new models! Three months later, Proton requested for a RM1.7 billion grant from theEconomic Council chaired by Najib Razak

So more needs to be injected using the taxpayers’ money after 30 years while the rakyat will have to be contented with buying overpriced cars. While 1MDB has all but settled its problems, Proton is still looking for a business model that works and that after 30 years!

Instead of blindly attacking 1MDB and other efforts by the Najib administration, Mahathir should just focus on steering Proton the right way towards profatibility and giving the rakyat the access to affordable quality cars.

And instead of spending millions on birthday bashes for him, maybe Mahathir ought to ask his cronies to take up equity in Proton and actually work for money.

He would whine less and be less grumpy when at least one of his efforts actually works.
