Anwar’s Lawyer Says It Is Not Sinful To Use His Butt Lovingly

Afiq M Noor, the former ASSistant Manager for Sisters In Islam (SIS) and a lawyer who once represented convicted sodomist Anwar Ibrahim claims that nowhere does Islam condemn LGBT.

He said in those days there was no consensual sodomy but only acts of aggression and rape.

He said that in Surah Al-A’raf verse 80 God specifically mentioned sodomists and not homosexuals.

I now know that straight people bugger male bungholes just to express anger and to humiliate the person because he can.

Of course he knows Arabic better than any of the scholars that have gone through the Quran for 1500 years.

This is what I call “selective quoting” of the Quran. By selecting only Verse 80 of Al-A’raf he deduced that Islam allows LGBT.

Of course if he was not being selective, he would have seen the next verse which is 81 where Allah said:

“Indeed, you approach men with desire, instead of women. Rather, you are a transgressing people.”

Desire doesn’t sound like rape or aggression with the intention to humiliate at all. It just says that the person loves to be in deep shit (pun intended).

Let us take another example from Ash-Shura verses 165 and 166:

Do you approach males among the worlds” (165).

And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing.”(166)

So these males who rape other males rape only males? But they do so with desire? And leave women folks? Does that not sound gay to you?

And in An-Naml verse 55, Allah said:

Do you indeed approach men with desire instead of women? Rather, you are a people behaving ignorantly.”

So Allah talked about men who desire other men instead of women. And these are rapists who are out to shame other men? If they so desire, why don’t they desire to sodomise women instead?

Perhaps he is trying to find a way for people to go up his Hershey Highway, or was borne through one.

Marital Rape: Congrats To Allah’s Soldiers

Much have been said about sex in Islam lately, from both Muslims and non-Muslims alike.  This came about when Yeo Bee Yin, the state assemblywoman  for Damansara Utama championed a campaign on rape awareness with the tagline, “Without her consent, it is rape. No excuse.”  This is seen by some as an attack on Islam where there is no such thing as marital rape. No, there is no such thing as a marital rape in Islam, but there are guidelines on the sexual relationship between husbands and wives.  The Quran has more than 20 verses outlining the dos and don’ts between husbands and wives.  While the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has been quoted as saying that a wife has to submit to a husband’s sexual needs even while they are riding the back of a camel as mentioned by the Mufti of Perak, Islam recognizes the women’s need for love, affection and foreplay.  Imam Ibn al-Qayyim reported in his famous “Tibbun Nabawi” that the Prophet (pbuh) forbade in engaging in sexual intercourse before foreplay (al-Tibb an-Nabawi 183, from Jabir ibn Abdullah).

The issue above has caught the attention of many up to the point that non-Muslims are ridiculing Muslims and Islamic practices on the social media.  What drove Yeo Bee Yin, a Christian with known affiliation to the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship, to come up with such a campaign tagline is beyond me.  A simpler “Protect Women From Rape“, or “Say No To Rape“, or “Women Expect Men To Protect Them From Rape” would have been more acceptable, instead of creating the perception that Muslims are barbarians whose main reason of existence is to be able to cum as many times as they can in a day.  Perhaps, in her subtle way, Bee Yin was trying to undermine the sanctity of Islam as the Religion of the Federation as stipulated in the Federal Constitution of Malaysia.  I will let you decide that on your own.  Maybe Bee Yin et al should also highlight what else God had said about sexual intercourse and how barbaric a religion can be:

1.  For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. (Remember women, you are your husband’s property)

2. Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth, a lovely deer, a graceful doe. Let her breasts fill you at all times with delight; be intoxicated always in her love.

3. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. (So, wives should not say no to sexual advances by the husbands).

4. The sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine (if you follow this, no semen would have penetrated by 4cm).

5. If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. (Death to gay men).

6. Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known man by lying with him. But all the young girls who have not known man by lying with him keep alive for yourselves. (Young girls? Is this Islamic? Oh, but Muhammad married a child!)

Now from which verses of the Quran did I pick those up?

1. 1 Corinthians 7:4

2. Proverbs 5:18-19

3. 1 Corinthians 7:5

4. 1 Timothy 1:10

5. Leviticus 20:13

6. Numbers 31:17-18

Perhaps the Christian Evangelists want to have a look at their own backside backyard first before commenting on others’? Once that is done then Bee Yin can again congratulate Allah’s soldiers.

Rape If You Must If You Have A Bright Future

Read This Without Wanting To Throw Up

I read with disgust the decision by the Court of Appeal’s three-man panel led by Tan Sri Raus Sharif to substitute a rapist’s 5-year jail term with a bound over for good behaviour for five years. All because the appellant has a “bright future.”. The Appellant, Noor Afizal Azizan, 21, is a bowler whom had represented Negeri Sembilan and Malaysia in the National Youth Category for five years between 2004-2008, and is expected to represent Kedah in several up-coming tournaments. He was previously sentenced to five years jail by the High Court for raping a 13-year old girl in 2009.

Prior to the High Court sentence, the Sessions Court had bounded him over after considering several factors, including that there was a consensual sexual relationship between him and the girl. The Public Prosecutor successfully appealed to the High Court last year and obtained the five-year jail sentence.

Section 375(f) of the Malaysian Penal Code is clear on this matter:

A man is said to commit “rape” who, except in the case hereinafter excepted, has sexual intercourse with a woman under circumstances falling under any of the following descriptions: with or without her consent, when she is under sixteen years of age

Therefore, I do not, and can never understand the logic behind the decision of both the Sessions Court (in the first hearing) and the Court of Appeal. As a matter of fact, under the explanation for Section 376B of the same Act, it is specifically mentioned that a person under sixteen years of age, if female, or under thirteen years of age, if male shall be deemed to be incapable of giving consent.

In fact, I would have thrown Section 377E at the Appellant for inciting a child to an act of gross indecency. The Section says that any person who incites a child under the age of fourteen years to any act of gross indecency with him or another person shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to whipping.

What sickens me more is that the Appellate Judges agreed with counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik that public interest would not be served if the latter’s client was given a custodial sentence when he had a bright future.

If I recall correctly, Jamie Waylett, who played school, bully Vincent Crabbe in six of the Harry Potter films was jailed for two years for being part of a violent mob during the UK Riots of 2011. Jamal Abdillah, Ameng Spring, Saleem, all with bright future, yet jailed. Muhammad Ali, as Cassius Clay, was a heavyweight boxing champ when he was jailed for draft evasion. Tell me if his future wasn’t bright then.

In all honesty, I opine that the Appellate judges have made an erroneous judgment of public interest, and justice has definitely NOT been served.
