Divers Find Scuttled Ship, $2.7 Million of Tin Stolen by Pirates
Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) divers have found the MV Prima Indah, on the sea bed off Pulau Bangka, where she originated from.
The MV Prima Indah was carrying 660 metric tons of refined tin ingots worth US$2.7 million when she was taken over by pirates on 30th September 2005. Authorities are baffled somehow that the cargo was found intact.
