I dived the Inspiration CCR last weekend….cool! Had to learn scuba diving all over again.
Back to Sanity Part Deux
The photo above was taken the first time I went back to Tioman after 22 years. It was taken just before my last dive for that trip at Batu Malang (Malang Rock).
This is the paradise that takes me back to sanity. Christopher Cross’s Sailing describes my feelings of Tioman aptly. Tioman, the paradise as I knew it, and as I still know it:

Tonight I should be winging my way to Tioman…perhaps for the final time before the season is out. I have my storyboard ready for my video shots. Hope to have a final Tioman video compilation before next week’s out. I just cannot find a way to host it on this site though.

China Launches Shenzou 6
China has launched its second manned-rocket into space, the first with multicrew. It was almost two years ago that it launched its first astronaut into space. Cool.
It took the Soviets slightly more than 3 years after launching Yuri Gagarin into space before they launched their first multi-member crew mission. The US took 4 years after Alan Shepard’s solo space mission before getting a multi-member crew up into space.
Looks like the Chinese are doing a fast-forward version of the Cold War Space Race.
I hope someone would launch a probe to see if the moon landings really took place.

Starving….
2nd Day of Fasting
My blood pressure shot up yesterday…this is bad as I get stressed everytime I walk into the office. Especially after a dive trip.
Spent the day today recovering…at RecNTec logging on to the Net and for the first time in weeks, posted on the MDC Forum myself.
Yusmar and I have signed up for the Advanced Nitrox course and by next week we should be certified as qualified Advanced Nitrox Divers.
Had a good time too breaking the fast with Erik, Faizal, Shamsul, Yusmar, Nazri and Ling.
I still feel as if the world spins around me. Must be due to reverse blockage while surfacing the other day.
I need to go back into the water.

Official wants shark fin soup banned at government functions
Datuk Karim Bujang, has suggested the banning of sharks fin soup from ALL government functions.
Now I hope the government listens to such things.
