Update to my earlier posting COTS in Tioman
Well, Kimi won’t be joining the COTS trip because he confirmed a tinge too late.
That’s okay bro. I’ll do the dives for ya!!!

Your Opinion Does Not Matter

Hehehe…my good friend is at the usual place. I am now online with my good friend. What a good ending to a boring day.
Went hunting for dive t-shirts last night with Faizal, Mya and someone else. I couldn’t find anything bigger than size M, so I decided to make my own, plus some stickers to paste on dive boats and dive centers. Which is why I am online at this time of night since I do not have an Internet connection at home.
An absolutely nice person is trying very hard to get me a phone line.
Thank you, dear.
Reef Protection Program (in Malay)
I commend the Terengganu State Government for being pro-active in conjunction with the International Cleanup Day on 17th September 2005, which also happens to be the 20th of the series. The Menteri Besar has expressed concern over the deterioration of coral reefs along the coast of Terengganu as well as near the islands of Redang and Perhentian (and others) and have embarked on a conservation program by culturing reefs and breeding turtles with the assistance of several oil companies, and KUSTEM (East Malaysian University College for Science and Technology).
I want to see the other littoral states, especially Kedah, to do its clean-ups.
Read more about the International Clean-Up Day here.
Nizar called me again today asking me if I would like to join him and Hans Isaacs on the Grace. That’s going to be next weekend, an another absence of 5 days from home, and 3 from the office. I have lots of annual leave left. I really wish I can go.
I still need a break from life.
Finally, the elusive Nembrotha Kurbayana is in my Gallery
TV3 the other day ran a two-part coverage of Pulau Payar and what a mess it is in now. I am wondering what has happened to enforcement, more so that the Marine Park people are stationed there? Why let it deteriorate into such a mess?
My good friend went diving last weekend. My good friend was also physically challenged by the dives. I’m sure my good friend enjoyed the dives. And I thank my good friend for being there when I needed someone to make me feel good.
I feel so tired…mentally, emotionally, and physically. Mentally because I had to do so much thinking depsite the fact that I was in Tioman. Emotionally because in Tioman it was like a rollercoaster with no ending. Physically because I drove there and back, and did dives to the extreme.
Overall, it was a good trip…that I’ll be going back there again.
Shall post pics in the gallery tomorrow.
…but just where to dive?
